Valentine’s Day | A Stunning Gown and a Round up of Dresses

Happy Thursday loves!  I’m currently sitting on my couch writing this, while looking at my adorable husband and nearly unbearably adorable kitten, thinking about how blessed I am.  So much of life is about perspective, and I’m constantly trying to make sure mine is one that views the glass as half full and appreciates all the good things.  It’s a daily practice, but I’ve got to admit that kittens make it easier.  Even naughty ones 😉

Valentine’s Day is fast approaching, and I’ve been so excited to share dress and gift recommendations!  I’m a tad sad, as I won’t see Ross on Valentine’s Day, but I’ll get to see new collections for AW18 from some designers I love, and have dinner with Ross the 15th at one of my favorite restaurants in NYC, so I can’t complain!

If you’re more of a last minute type person (like I soooo am, and am trying to be better about, haha!) or even just have been searching for the perfect Valentine’s Day outfit but haven’t had any luck, I got you!  I’ve rounded up some beautiful dresses (and a few jumpsuits), both affordable and splurge-worthy:

Normally, I don’t go all out for dates and such, but lately I’ve had the itch to dress up more, so I selected this gorgeous dress from AFRM, and love how elegant and timeless it is!  You can’t go wrong with satin when wanting to look elegant.  The ruffles add drama, and the rusty red makes it oh-so-perfect for Valentine’s Day. (it also comes in a beautiful floral here)
